Refund Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase.
- The request must be made by the account owner through the Client Area or by contacting our support team.
- The account must not be involved in spam, phishing, malware distribution, abusive activities, or any violation of our Terms of Service.
- The guarantee applies only to the first purchase of an eligible hosting plan.
How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your Monkey Host Client Area.
- Open a Billing or Support Ticket.
- Provide your Order ID and the reason for the refund request.
- Our billing team will review your request.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. The exact time depends on your original payment method and payment provider.
Account Termination
After a refund is approved, your hosting account and all associated data may be permanently removed. Please ensure you have downloaded any important files before requesting a refund.
